The transaction is not public but it's a surprise for the industry both from a BackBerry and for WatchDox point of view. WatchDox is recognized for its strong security features set that allow security to travel with shared files on both mobile and desktop devices. Thus, an enterprise can control the full set of operations among edition, copy, print, send and move. WatchDox solution is also certified and compliant with FIPS 140-2 utilizing AES-256 for data-at-rest and data-in-transit.
