SoftIron validates iRODS

SoftIron, the alternative Ceph-based storage, joins the the iRODS (Integrated Rule-Oriented Data System) consortium. iRODS is a famous recognized and well adopted data management solution in public entities such research centers and universities and we understand why the company needs this validation answering a real users need. This validation is obvious as Ceph is open source as well and is already used by many users coupled with iRODS.
