ScaleMP doesn't respond, swallowed by SAP

Navigating the web recently I discovered that ScaleMP disappeared, its web site is not responding, see the image below. So I decided to investigate and discovered that the company has landed in Germany swallowed by SAP before the summer. This Israeli article unveiled this.

Also its founder and long time leader, Shai Fultheim, works now at Huawei as CTO & Chief Expert, Future Computing Platforms.
